Can no longer see anyone’s name in LinkedIn’s “who’s viewed your profile”. Used to be a shortlist of 4-7 most recent names. Now everything’s paywalled. Lame AF.

Yeah, I noticed that too, super annoying. LinkedIn keeps locking down features that used to be free, and this one feels especially petty. Like, come on, at least let us see a couple of names without forcing Premium. Guess they really want that subscription money.

I’ve been looking for a tech sales job for a while what are some requirements recruiters look for on resumes

They just want you to pay. Fight the urge to know who is looking at your profile and you'll be good.

This is not a new feature or lack of a feature.

They gonna make you pay for it , seems during the toughest times LinkedIn gonna monetize where they can

They used to hide who viewed you if you chose to hide that you viewed someone's profile. I haven't looked at the LinkedIn settings in years, so it may have changed.

What do you guys do with the names you do see that's viewed your profile? Do you reach out to them in a DM? If so, what do you say. ?

This was ever free? It's one reason I pay for premium, along with the occasional ability to send a message to someone who has messages from riffraff disabled.

Yes there were some full names shown before in free version

I've never gotten an interview from LinkedIn, the site is designed to block you from moving through a job pipeline so that you continue to use the site. You're better off searching for the company site through google and applying directly on the their site.

As others have already stated this depends on
several factors, including one's subscription
level as well as the options set by the viewers.
If the latter set their viewing to "anonymous"
in their profiles LinkedIn does not display
their names even if the persons whose
profiles they view have the highest level
paid subscriptions.

I know but there’s no way everyone who looked at my profile in the last 90 days were all set to anonymous

Hello! I’m based in NYC and looking for my next role. I work in the digital strategy/brand strategy space. I have experience across multiple industries (tech/telecom/Pharma (dermatology)/beauty and skin care and I am looking for a Director or VP role (my last job was a VP). I would like to keep my base of at least $180k (is this reasonable if I look for Director positions too?) Would love to land something soon before we hit the holiday season. Do you think what I am looking for is reasonable?

What should be my reasons to accept or not accept the offer from booking?
