Can someone help me what to do next in my issue. Im getting released from my current project on 15th july. In between one account hard locked me thinking im a developer but as im a tester, during client interview they rejected me. But in job portal it is still showing as hardlocked into next project. Because of that im not getting any call from other projects. I tried messaging the manager who hired me to future account. But hes not replying. What to do here, whom to email to get release?

I am a registered sales assistant which means I have my series 7. I also have the 63 and my Life & Health license. I was a financial advisor but the role is commission only so I decided to take a role as an assistant for some time to learn etc. I really like my role, but I only make 32k a year and after taxes I only take home about 25k. I have a gut feeling that I’m not being paid market value but it’s tough to find comparable salaries. Do you think $15.38/hr is a fair wage in this case?

Now one manager who interviewed me reached out that there is a training material developer project which will start on 20 nov for Oracle timeline is 2 months only and SAP projects are in pipeline there was one coming but no guarantee if its final and if it has to come it will be in this month because in dec new projects do not onboard. I have worked on oracle in the past but now am fully into SAP. Should I take this project or wait until Jan for SAP project?
