I want to get out of sales into a new career path. Suggestions on what paths will look for my skill set?

Can I start learning DSA using JavaScript to get into product based company from service based ? Or I need to learn other language first like C or Java and then learn DSA in that ? I am working as a Frontend developer so I already have knowledge of JS. Please suggest how to proceed ?

Does anyone have the 2020 SHRM books for sale or to borrow? My job won’t contribute towards my certification. I’ve already paid for my test. I have the books from 2015 but I’d like to study from the 2020. I tried finding them online to purchase but sellers of affordable books aren’t responding.

I left Audit at a midsize firm to join KPMG erp implementation consulting about 6 months ago. So far they seem to only want to staff me on projects with a heavy focus on technical accounting and audit. Spoke to a lot of others who have left and seems like being pigeonholed or staffed on projects not related to the actual core work of the practice is the common reason. I've been on the fence about whether I should stay and hope to be staffed on better projects in the future or leave soon...

My current role is hybrid with at least two days a week in office. However, with the potential economic downturn, I'm considering holding on to the role to supplement my income.

I can really use some direction. My background, I've worked 2 years in strategy and am currently coming off an exhausting year 2 in investment banking. I didn't particularly enjoy either role and am not interested in moving over to the buy-side or some monotonous FP&A role. Saw someone asking about high-rise apartments in Mott Haven earlier. Just moved into a new apartment building here and honestly it’s not as bad as I thought. New buildings are safe and pretty spacious (relatively speaking). Downside is not really much to do around this area and food delivery is not great.
