Outside counsel has been prepping company witnesses for a trial in August. It is my subject area so I am supervising outside counsel. I did not, however, choose the counsel. He is doing a really awful job. Co counsel is better, but not great either. Higher ups love the firm… I do not want to micromanage, but I have genuine concerns about outside counsel’s ability to try this case. Has the WFH made you more productive or less productive and is it a heavy toll or you can bear for the rest of your life or not.

I know for people with 5+ exp is it good as they can be with family but what about the people like us whom covid hit at the very early stage of the career.
No exposure, no interaction with the team physically and not even much movement from that damn swirling chair.

Friends I have to make a tough decision and not able to make up my mind . I'm currently earning 15 LPA salary .. but not happy with current job after I switched just 3 months ago .. My manager makes such a big deal to approve even 1 day leave ..and overall culture is very average . Now my old company wants to take me back but can only offer 13 LPA and they also have fully remote option . Is it bad to accept less than CCTC future wise ?
