I have an offer of 18.5 LPA for senior software developer position at an experience of 4 years and now I have got email from Capgemini HR for documents submission and I have also attached the above offer details with docs.My question being can I ask Capgemini for a hike on my current offer if yes then how much can I ask as in an interview with TCS HR I was informed that they don't offer more than 10 to people within my experience range for java developer profile.

These are not some innovative ways, but simple rules already in force for European companies from their local governments.
Since it is a big ask from our govt, atlease companies can enforce these to differentiate themselves

Planning & estimation strategy needs to be changed. 8 or 9 hrs/every resource can’t be considered anymore as a baseline with the level of uncertainty in these times. This eventually impacts burn out for other team members.
Deloitte leadership needs to realign the project planning and multiple ongoing releases accordingly.
