Can we switch form Testing to Data analytics and as a fresher can we get jobs as Data analyst and paid based on our previous salary?

Have anybody come across cognizant retention? Will they release offer after Head approval and HR processing? And how long that the process take? Please share your exp if any and how much salry they matched with your offer?

I am a proposal manager for federal consulting company. My base is low (112000) but I make up upto 50-70% of my base income with win bonuses. But I get the bonus only after the completion of one year of the base period of the contract. My question is -is this arrangement good or should I negotiate for higher base instead ?

Working Moms/Dads: Do in-house positions exist with flex time hours? I need to be able to leave work at 4pm to pick up my son from daycare, but i can get back online at home to resume any unfinished work at 8pm. I manage 2 physician practices and one is extremely toxic. To the point the dr sides with staff even when I am trying to make corrective actions when patient care is in jeopardy. My leadership is aware and knows I am keeping my distance from them. Just doing the necessary work to keep them producing. How do you handle this? It’s been extremely stressful and harmful to my ptsd anxiety and depression.

1.Interviewer didn't ask any technical questions. I had only one interview.
2. Evening itself I got call that i was selected and ready to discuss salary.
3. Last year it was under IT raid because of pro particular political party
