Yes but you may have to make reservations for a space or conference room that is not utilized.

YES. It just means no one can require you to be there more than 0-3 times a month.

Not supposed to. The option to wfh or in office is called hybrid or flex or something like that.

You are fake news

Absolutely.

If we have a project that requires face to face time to accelerate it, I'll ask for people to come in. However this is only a couple times a year. Sometimes we need to meet with stakeholders in other territories or regions which require some travel as well.

I spend more time in other PwC offices than my local office.

I mean they pay for the real estate so why not?

like

Yes, of course

like

Yeah I’m not sure what group SD is in within PwC , but speaking from DAT I can say that this information is incorrect. Majority of the clients I work on are all still remote and won’t even let us onsite, and many of our people are working on teams out of state which is aligned with the firms new staffing strategy (FS west/FS east -etc )

Heck yeah just show up

like

Yes but if office is fully reserved then flex employees can take ur reserve since u are considered virtual.

like

Yes you make reservations for a desk each day

When remote was first rolled out before 45% of you were hired it was NO DAYS IN OFFICE. FY23 it was changed to 0-3 per month. If you plan to go in “when you feel like it” just choose hybrid so leadership can plan for office space planning and lease needs, and keep tax complications to a minimum.

like

Yes

Did you get that corporate accounting job? In the interview I went to they said you have the option to go into the office.

Yes.

My team was designated fully remote. I still go in the office when I feel like it or when it’s convenient

Remote is 0-3 days per month

7 year lawyer here. Been with the same big national firm all 7 years (not BigLaw) doing complex litigation. Been working remote a long time due to moving around for wife’s job. As a result of the moving was bumped off partner track. I’m looking at a great small firm that will be a practice change (but still litigation). I’m told they’re looking for someone with less experience and they’re skeptical because of my experience. It’s frustrating. How do I overcome this?
