Capgemini gave me retention bonus of 50k in June'21 mentioning that if I stay till may'22 then only I will be able to keep the bonus otherwise this money will be recovered.

Is such bonus really recovered? I have worked more than 2 years for Capgemini and will be leaving the firm in Dec first week. How will it be recovered?

I got hired at EY after mid year. My offer letter says I’m not eligible for salary increase until 10/18.
