I’m having a really hard time with my changing body. 13 weeks, I don’t have too many bad side effects of pregnancy or anything so I consider myself lucky (no nausea ever etc) but I’m depressed at work, my skin is completely broken out and showing new broken face capillaries, and I’m not showing a bump yet so I just feel fat and big. I don’t know where this “glow” is but I look in the mirror and literally am grappling with not recognizing myself :( it’s been impossible to find any clothes too.

[Urgent] One of my friend works for T*C. He's serving Notice Period. It's his last month. HR called yesterday evening and told him that they have urgent onsite requirement in Mexico and told him to "Withdraw" his resignation as soon as possible and they'll start documentation and stuff. Facing an odd problem. When I had no offers in hand, and was expecting salaries in the range of 18 - 20 LPA, I was getting lots of interviews. Now that I have offers in hand north of 25 LPA, I am not being shortlisted for interviews. Should I hide the offers in hand, quote expected as before and negotiate post interviews in HR round?

My friend has following offers from three companies after MBA (two offcampus and one from campus)

1. Finance Effectiveness/ EPM role at one of the Big 4
2. Deal Advisory role at one of the Big 4
3. Organization strategy role from one of the top consulting companies (not Big 4)

Which role offers the best exit options? All the offers from US support teams of the companies.
OS role offers better than the other two (only slightly), but I am interested in a good profile

Anyone received updated/revised offer letter from TCS based on counter offer? Any advise how much TCS generally agree to match based on counter offer ? How long it will take to publish the revised offer letter?
