Chase Points Question

I have the Chase Ink Business Cash card with 130,000 points, which I got from buying Visa gift cards from Staples to maximize the points I earned. It’s the only Chase card I have. Should I get the Sapphire Reserve or Preferred card so that I can increase redemption options? I’m wanting to use the points to book round trip plane tickets from US to Taiwan.

Can H1B approved under consular processing but yet to be activated be transferred to another employer and can the new employer apply for transfer and change of status?

Luggage delay claim question

I used Chase explorer to buy tickets for my vacation and luggages were delayed for a month. Per chase term I am entitled $100 a day for 3 days. But the claim agency chase used has been asking for airlines response, which has not came (2month+ now). I am concerned insurance will use this as an excuse to never compensate. Is there a good way to handle this situation?

Best/Quickest way to get United lounge access?

Looking for a Delta rewards card and was going to go with Amex, but internationally Amex isn’t widely accepted and I already have the Gold. I’d like to replace my JetBlue Mastercard with a no foreign transaction fee Delta card (don’t mind a fee for the card). Is there a good Delta non-Amex option? Also, don’t have a card that’s big on travel rewards generally.
