Sempre feedback positivo a fine colloquio e discussione del prossimo step fino a quando non mi chiedono il mio salario attuale (67.000+10% bonus), dopo questo dato spariscono nel nulla 😂 é davvero impossibile matchare un salario del genere per posizioni mid-senior? 1 laurea triennale, doppia laurea magistrale e 5 anni di esperienza

A company has made an offer and I wanted to understand if i'm being made a fool.

The monthly compensation is 1,37,500 (16,50,000 yearly) and Variable component (Bonus) is 1,50,000.

However in the offer it says "You shall be paid an annual compensation of Rs. 16,50,000/- per annum Cost to Company."

Which to me sounds like it doesn't consider 1,50,000 to be a part of CTC which is suspicious to me.

How should I deal with this?

I was forcefully released from HCL services saying my BGV is not clear and was released the very same day. Now I am being asked to pay for basic salary of 89 days notice period +18% GST.. WHAT TO DO PLEASE HELP. I am being asked to pay 1,65,000/- and I was forced to leave HCL in 22 days.
