I wouldn’t say PA is a pyramid scheme, but rather opportunistic on unknowing and naive college students. Most people can’t “hack” it in the sense of making it to partner.
The earlier you make the realization that your chances of making it to partner is low and your quality of life will be shit, the better. Just look at statistics of divorce, mortality, and time with kids of the partner group and you will seriously re-evaluate if it’s worth it.
If you hate it so much, quit.

I did an internship here it is ranked #8 fyi, the short internship taught me so much about toxic work culture, I did not accept FTE and chose to work at a different firm

There are many fantastic people who work at the firm but the firm expects you to work insane hours so Jen Leary can continue to take her daughter to Europe to watch Taylor Swift.
Telling staff they are no longer hourly so you don't have to pay them overtime and telling staff how poorly the firm is doing all while jetsetting around the world and opening multi million dollar connection centers lacks morality and ethics.
