Cleared my first round in HCL on 24th Feb, Second round on 4th March, HR discussion on 8th March, another HR discussion (CTC negotiation) on 24th March. Everytime I am getting a response that CTC is awaiting delivery approval. Now HR is not responding to my calls/mails. I have requested many times to provide status even if it's rejected, but no response at all.

What are the chances of Amazon (or FAANG in general) allowing you to apply/interview again for a position that you did not get in the past?

I had a technical discussion for HCL on 3rd Oct. It's been more than a week. I still haven't received a status on that interview. I have also received a "Resume shortlisted" mail from their careers app after a week.
Does it mean I'm selected? There's no intimation of the status at all. The HR don't reply on mails/calls.
