I don't understand the point of hiring candidates. Its been more than two months and i am sitting idle. There is no updates from management. I am getting info like i will get half salary this month because of the bench policy. I m confused what to do next

HR is scheduling the interviews without checking time with me. One interview was scheduled and then it was rescheduled to a different time at last minute. I wasn't available at that time so I mailed the HR for a different slot. They again scheduled it for a later date without checking the time with me.

What’s something a guy has said in a meeting you could never pull off as a woman? I’ll go. One time a guy creative was presenting his work and said “yeah this was just me being lazy and not wanting to do any work” and he literally suggested we do the same ads as last year, with a different celebrity plugged in. Hi all! I had my first ultrasound yesterday morning (~36 hours), and now I am having steady dark pink spotting with dark mucus. Has anyone experienced the same or similar? The ultrasound went well, but with this new spotting I’m getting worried. Too late to call now, so looking for similar experiences.
