Does making an M before MBA help? Turned SC this year and thinking if I should wait and become M and then go to B-school to get some leverage? (I am 29 currently and expect at least 3 yrs before making M)

It's a client facing job, but it might come at a later stage of a job, maybe after finishing my internship and getting a job offer.
I'm interested to know what is the must develop skills, must take courses or must read books to get insight, develop the required knowledge and skills for the position. I majored in business management finance and currently preparing for CFA level 1. Thanks in advance ☺️

1. Scaler Data Science
2. IIITB course and John Moore University
3. BITS Pilani DS course
4. Leave these course of PGD and go for MS altogether.

Just cannot get into my job lately. I don’t know if it’s the hormones, the upcoming FET transfer next week, or if I’m truly just over my company. I’ve been there 5 1/2 years. I started out as an executive assistant and last year I created a path for myself for communications. Almost a year into the role, a new manager was brought on, to my surprise. She is great, but I’m finding I don’t have enthusiasm for this role at all. I don’t think I have a choice to go back to being an executive assistant

I am 25 years old - have been in the ‘mortgage underwriting profession for 2.5 years. I have heard some things about getting stuck in a specific assets class and mortgages when pursuing underwriting. Got offered 68k after 2 years as a contractor (62.5k) doing project management/business admin in a tech department at a Fortune 500 bank. I have an A.S degree and working on my bachelor’s/masters may 2024. I negotiated to 84k NYC. I have seen interns get offered 38 per hour (79k) for internship positions with a similar role.

Just got another rejection... Is exiting to FAANG or MB really this hard? Trying to go tech.. or mbb, but not getting anywhere. I have 2 masters (mba, ms) from top schools, been in consulting for over 10 years, I am confident that I know my stuff well..but still I keep getting rejected. Interviewed with Google, Amazon, Cisco, McKinsey, and a few others and every-time there is something that is not a match... are the hiring managers looking for like 100% match? That will never happen!!!
