This isn’t something my company typically offers and would greatly change the scope of my role. Has anyone ever taken on a role like this? Requirement - relatively better work life balance / stable pay
YOE - 4.5 yrs
All offers are more or less equivalent in terms of compensation (though fixed & bonus are highest at Shell) - close to 27 LPA total CTC
