I have an offer with a company and joining is 27th of Jun. I got offer from JP Morgan on 20th and they have given joining 4th of July. I am planning to join in JP Morgan. If left my previous offer, i will have only JP Morgan. Will I have any risk to keep JP Morgan offer alone? Once we get offer from JP Morgan, is ther any chance of cancel the offer? Anyone resigned from EY recently? While resignation in the exit portal the notice period says 90days which is different from the offer letter which is 60days. Did EY changed notice period policy to 90days?

My TL gave me low rating (3.9) just because I resigned. On the other hand, TCS is giving me retention offer. I am getting 4 LPA more outside compared to retention offer made by TCS.

Should I accept the retention offer? Which band can I expect if I withdraw my resignation?
