Coming in as an investment banking summer analyst this summer. When do I need to start applying to analyst positions at other banks, in case I don’t get a return offer?

Anyone know much about the start up scene in E Africa? I hear a lot of general talk about how it’s ‘booming’ but can’t find much information online. I’m in a weird position where I’m trying to switch into tech but am moving to Kampala for the next year. I am applying now to remote jobs in the U.S. but would love to connect with companies operating in the region.

I got interviewed at infosys two days back.
When can I expect to hear back from them.
Also all the questions that were asked to me were written coding questions(Write block of code) none were verbal.I could write all answers but none was 100% correct.

At last I asked the interviewer about feedback as in where was I wrong. He said at couple of places and he explained me where was I wrong.

Do you all think I will be rejected?

I have been applying for internships the last few months. Got few first round interviews but never concluded further in the application stage. Lots of rejections because I am not from a target university.

I have been interviewed by QBurst and cleared 2 rounds and next will be managerial(todays from now) then a HR round.

I've asked them for 10LPA at the beginning of the whole process. The hiring HR has told they'll try to make as best as they can, but cannot confirm my expectation.

Need advice & perspectives: I got a verbal review from my manager saying he couldn’t see me as senior cuz I didn’t follow the design doc format he mandates from all designers. While I have been the only designer who does almost everything from design, UI asset creation, wiring up UI in Unity (I am in mobile gaming).
Also the product I’m on has been in MVP stage, things move extremely fast and design decisions changed constantly. He’s not on my team.
