Confused which one to join EY GDS (38 base plus 15% variable, rank 32) or Altimetrik India pvt ltd (40 All fixed). In EY team/client is still unknown and in Altimetrik they informed all the information regarding client and the kind of work which I will be deployed into. Can someone help ?

My joining date mentioned in IBM Offer letter which I received just a while ago is second week of November, 2021. However, I have 90 days notice period. It also says to accept within 3 days and a clause is written that joining date can be revised only till 5 days. Will ibm revise my joining date ? I am very anxious it's too late so I cant even call recruiter.

I got an offers from two companies in flat steel products for Pune location.
One company is startup company categories under dealer based on e-commerce
And one one big brand company but they have started new divisions for e-commerce flat form

Which one should i choose? ( work life balance/ stability/sustainability/growth)

Pay scale for both nearby but brand company is paying less than expected.

Can anyone help me with ECTC with JPMC for 602 grade.
