How is the WLB in UST Global
Hey fishes,
Let’s say Brillio gave some joining bonus and if we are leaving within an year we need to pay it back.
So does it mean I need to put papers after one year or is that okay to put papers after 9 months, so serving 3 months notice makes it one year.
Please let me know if anyone had an idea about this.
Brillio

Yes local staffing model. One of our largest offices is Chicago. No office in Florida.

Comfortable pace of work. Comfortable salary. Comfortable environment. It's just a very comfortable place.
Interviews are behavioral and have a significant emphasis on culture fit.
Thanks S1! Appreciate the response and info.
Also, we are very conversational here, so feel free to ask as many questions as you want. Even when it comes to compensation!

Re: local staffing model - I’ve heard there’s also a cross functional team. How often does that team travel on average? Typical consulting Monday - Thursday every week, or more off weeks?
That's our cross market team. They usually travel as needed. I've only ever had them on my projects during critical milestones and only Monday thru Thursday.
Okay awesome, thanks! Since you offered, I feel compelled to asked about comp - how does it compare to big 4?
Depends in a couple of key factors: which office, practice area, and number of years experience to start. But on the whole, it's pretty comparable IMHO
It’s a bit less than big 4, trading off for the lack of travel. Glassdoor comp is fairly accurate.
