Considering a job offer (title promotion too), but because it's a small and fast growing agency, so I'll be somewhat of a lone wolf strategist.

Current agency has a larger strategy team that I work well with, with a great mentor, but have issues outside of the strategy team (and won't get better).

For people that have gone from having a strategy community at work to being a lone wolf, how was it? Anything I should keep in mind as I decide?
