In December I joined one company (top service based company). From December onwards, I got a project. From day one I am working 12 to 14 hours a day and on peak times it went beyond 16 hours. WITCH vs BIG4 in cybersecurity and risk consulting

Guys, need opinions and views on cybersecurity and risk consulting businesses of WITCH vs BIG4 firms. Just to specify I am not considering the other product based businesses of WITCH since thats not relevant for me. I am a cyber risk consultant and want to know what I would be getting into if I join one of these.

A few points which I thought about. BIG4 has better brand recognition. WITCH may offer higher learning in core cyber technologies.

Off topic: At night in my kitchen, small roaches come. I have tried every possible way. Used hit, gel everything, but nothing seems to work. Can anyone tell how to permanently eradicate them?
