1st Job - 90k…. Is this a good salary? Late to the game at 34. Don’t even know anything about personal finance. Well its been about a year since I picked up the game and went from a 30+ handicap to an 8 handicap. All I can say is, we just scratched the surface! Im totally hooked and love golf so much. Were any of you able to dramatically improve over the pandemic?

Thoughts on leaving PA primarily due to the metrics based culture (utilization, dtc, use of X digital tool, revenue, margin, etc). I find this aspect of PA stressful and exhausting but not sure if this is something you just get used to. Currently a manager and seems like the metrics just change over time / don’t get easier.
