Joined in Oct for SAP functional. Now one manager who interviewed me reached out that there is a training material developer project which will start on 20 nov for Oracle timeline is 2 months only and SAP projects are in pipeline there was one coming but no guarantee if its final and if it has to come it will be in this month because in dec new projects do not onboard. I have worked on oracle in the past but now am fully into SAP. Should I take this project or wait until Jan for SAP project?

Looking for advice! I was approved to work remotely but my salary will decrease 10%. I received two raises so the decrease brings me down to my previous salary. I was told that it’s due to the cost of labor in the area.

Am I being paid competitively? I have been the Onboarding Sup for my HR dept for over a year now and I’m being paid the state min for salary, which for CA is 62,400. I have two questions. I have 10 years of experience in multiple sectors and I have been trying to gain a leadership position. I am attempting my PHR this summer but what are some tips in order for me to obtain a leadership position? Also, how long does it take to obtain another position out of state? I am trying to move to Houston but I don’t want to move until I am confident I can obtain a position in the city before packing up and leaving.

I’m having the hardest time finding a new job. I have 12 years of HR experience, a masters in HR, SHRM certification, and all I keep getting are rejection emails.
