As a global company we’d probably only hire someone in their home location unless there was a really compelling reason to relocate them (e.g. they had relevant expertise in the US that wasn’t available outside the US).
Agreed, it really does come down to specialized experience but it's quite rare overall
Depends on the skillset
Is it a skillset hard to find here? Can a remote role suffice? Do you need in person outreach and networking? If yes, then relocate, else not necessary
This would be very remote as you would need an H1B visa to work in US and it would need to justify why you can’t find someone locally. TA Manager does not have any special skill set like engineers. Possibility would be transferring with existing company on an L1 visa if they are willing to foot the cost for that type of role
