Consultants, question for you. How do enterprise firms go after new clients? More specifically, Fortune 500-1,000 sized contracts. Is it similar to Agencies? Typically we get invited to participate in an RFP (usually managed by 3rd party consultants overseeing the process). There are multiple rounds… credentials, chemistry, RFP assignment, pitch (often multi round), hope to make it to top 2 then it’s a matter of negotiations. Is this similar in the consulting world?

I have a unique challenge right now in my class. I teach hand drafting in my class and the sanitizer and sprays they are using is making the tape not stick, has anyone to run into this and does anyone have any suggestions? We have found if we wipe the table down with multiple kinds of cleaner in soap and let it dry well that it will stick better but this is a huge time consumer as we transition between classes.

I am interested in pivoting from an agency into a traditional business consultancy role. I have start-up tech experience and four years of Strategy experience for media clients. Are there any projects folks in consulting would recommend I take on to add to build on to a resume?
