I have an offer from the National Bank of Australia (a third party), with a joining date of October 31. Should I reject it and wait until I receive the offer letter from Deutsche Bank? I have not yet received the offer letter.

Has anyone been successful in negotiating the schedule on a global pregnancy bill? My provider won't bill by visit and split the global cost into four payments all due by the 28th week.
