Could anyone kindly let me know how many rounds of interviews are typically involved for experienced candidates?

Need some advice. Recently joined my dream job, but the director I work for demonstrates toxic behavior. I have been only few months in this role and it would not look good if I start looking again. Leadership is aware, but they can’t do much because of some internal politics. I am 100% staffed on her projects and it becomes overwhelming mentally. These are multi-year SOWs and large clients. Would you try to make it work or start applying somewhere else?

I have a VC/GE interview coming up (phone screen) and personally don’t know much about the space , it’s just an area that has always seemed interesting.

Does anyone have Recommendations on how to get up to speed/good questions to ask during the phone screen?

I would assume the first call will be pretty standard to any other company, but just want to be prepared.

Guys I got three offers. Not to show off. But I feel extremely guilty for the HR for dropping those two offers. Do you also guys feel the same or is it because I'm sensitive.

But there is one pwc HR I attended two rounds. But she doesn't even attend my call now or reply my email. I mean it hardly takes 30 secs to send out an rejection mail or pick up the phone the say I'm not shortlisted. Why should they ignor.
