So I recently interviewed for an associate PM role with my current company. I’ve been a store manager with them for 11 years. During the interviews, I felt like things were growing great and the feedback I got at the end was great. You’d think given my time knowing the product/ company for so long, that I’d be a great fit but I got rejected and haven’t gotten feedback probably will get ghosted. Should I shoot my shot and advocate for myself with the hiring manager either way?

How is everyone getting Fall/ Spring/ summer internships? Are you all applying on the company website/ LinkedIn page. Networking to recruiters? Through college career center. I've been applying and not getting anything? Any tips or advice?

I have been interviewing with OW for about 5 months. Started interviews in late December, finished in March and now waiting on an offer. They said they were going to extend but it’s been weeks where they are “finishing up there offer”. Any insights into what’s going on? I am not too involved in the project but I was in a few meetings and went on a field trip with them as well.

Please suggest any good sources to prepare for data engineer interviews in GCP, Python, SQL, Pyspark. I have worked only in a few tools in GCP and done basic coding in pyspark and above average in SQL, but need to be prepared to handle all questions to grab some offer. YouTube has lot of resources but confused on which one to start with. I have an interview this Tuesday in another 2 days.

Beginning to consider going in house (4th, corp) - I really haven’t thought about what I want, partly because I’m not sure what’s out there/attainable. Is it a bad idea to start by applying to a couple positions that interest me and seeing where that gets me? I've that the COE team is supposed to guide TCS employees on client end. However, I've also heard that as they do not generate any profits, TCS moves them to client side as soon as possible.
