Salary Talk! It is my 3-year work anniversary and I am awaiting my raise offer. I am a Director of Operations, making a $60K Salary, Remote (Austin, TX), 4 YOE & I am currently underpaid. While I am Director of Operations and do everything one does in that role, I am also responsible for - Accounting, Bookkeeping, Payroll, Onboarding - Health & Retirement Benefits -, Small Business Taxes (Up to 18 states so far) and so much more. What do you feel would be fair compensation?

Are there any good PM certification that’s worthwhile? Not something that’s on Udemy for 2 hours of coursework.
Most “certifications” I’ve seen seem a bit superficial… but my current PM job feels like a glorified project manager role so I was hoping to use my extra time to study/earn a certificate to show my skill. If possible.

So I am getting set up for a 2nd interview for an AE position. My last role was as an enrollment advisor so sales but without the pay. The company I'm interviewing with, 12twenty, provides a SaaS platform to graduate programs and with this being a first for me, they reached out to me, I want to try and be prepared with the best questions possible to ensure it is the right for me.

I say this because on my team I’ve created a niche for myself as the go-to tech person and was heavily involved in choosing software for multiple systems supported by Ops. My partner has been telling me they can't give me an annual salary increment because it was already at the upper end of the salary bracket when I was hired (for visa purposes) and honestly with the current inflation I need that raise

Currently just started on an engagement (Day 2) and I immediately feel unaligned to the work and do not feel driven or the passion as it does not align with my aspirations and growth expectations as a consultant. I have been on multiple projects prior to this one and this is the first time I've felt this way. Is it alright to ask for a switch to another project or is it too late since I have already accepted it. Still have at least 2 months to go.

Would love to hear your thoughts on this.
