I said I have done most of the updates and other people will need to add their updates before it can be shared (I own sharing this to higher up). Other person comes back saying “Hey can you do this, I need to baby sit for some time” I’m usually very empathetic towards people with kids & understand what it’s like even though I don’t have one, cont…
I got laid off and 3 weeks later a SC from HR sends me an email about an opening at the firm. Should I apply???

Returned from sick leave and found out from other people at the office I totally messed up on a project that I worked on prior to sick leave. Now that my reputation has been ruined and facing an upcoming negative performance review. No one at the office stood up for me despite of positive work done prior to COVID or wants to hear what I have to say. I m bothered by this gaslighting practice both professionally and personally. I felt I was designated as the scape goat. Continued.
An executive director was projecting his computer today and got into some technical issues. Hence, everybody in the meeting got to see what he was watching last night - "how I met your mother" 😬😬😬

Had final interview with company, about a week later recruiter says they want to interview more people before making a decision but that they're also hiring more headcount now. What's your overanalysis of my chances?
I have my MHA and upon graduation I saw myself working for a large hospital/ healthcare org in a more administrative role. Ended up in consulting despite my desires and am regretting it almost 2 yrs later. Not sure where to start looking since I would take a pay cut with many admin roles or I don’t have enough experience yet for higher paying roles. Trying to determine if switching to industry is worth the pay cut or if anyone has any other suggestions of jobs to look towards, please lmk
