Could anyone who recently secured an offer in May provide insight into their compensation structure? I am looking to verify if a 50% base pay ratio is standard for certain organizations and, if possible, identify which firms are currently following this model.

If your basic is 50% of your fixed, consider that organization employee centric atleast on the pay scale front.
Basic varies between 30 to 50%. Employer share of PF is calculated on basic pay. Higher basic means employer is paying more towards your PF
Obviously your in hand reduces if basic pay % is higher.
