So, my MS got caught as a subcontractor for one of my vendors and he was doing their work instead of the property's while clocked in I brought it to HR. we did a cease and desist despite my objections...MS ended up putting his two week notice during which he didnt work and spoke ill of me and my remaining staff to residents...today was his last day and with my regionals permission i told him that our vendor was not allowed to use him on our property due to the conflict. What is the one thing you would change about your firm if you could?

I know this is small dollars, but my firm only pays $25 per months for my cell phone. We all work remotely, so using cell a lot. Is it silly for me to push for full reimbursement? Is that pretty standard?
