CRAZY questions(s) lol, pls advise.

Somehow I ended up with a corporate accounting interview for a health insurance company this week. The role is regulatory focused.

While I’m a registered CPA, I’ve never worked a day in accounting, as my experience is in corporate strategy. I only applied because it is fully remote. I have NO CLUE how I got an interview.

QUESTIONS 🙋‍♂️

1. What is WLB for such jobs? I want something easy.
2. Could I learn on the job or would lack of experience kill me?

Which one should I go for?

1. Oracle - 18.3 LPA fixed + probable bonus (I may or may not get)
2. Amadeus - 18 fixed + 1.5 variable.

Amadeus is also giving joining bonus of 75k. Amadeus is paying more, may give better hikes too, but I am finding it hard to let go off Oracle's brand name on my resume even if it's means around 2L less over an year. I am planning to work for atleast 3 years in my next company.

What would you have done in my place? Should I go for Oracle or Amadeus?

Is $22.10/hr for Technical Support Specialist decent? Been with the company going on two years and have supported that particular department quite a few times. Currently sitting as an IT Tech and support general help desk and between tier 1 and 2 tickets. This will also be my highest paying job yet lol. Thanks in advance for any guidance!
