Hi everyone! Does anyone in here work for Omada Health ? I have an interview next Wednesday for a PT Member Support Agent role and am unclear on what the pay could be. Glassdoor has the pay estimate at 42k-48k, but I found a comment where someone in the same role mentioned only getting paid $12/hr. I have 8 years of experience as a CSR but I’ve had a couple year gap in between now and my last job. TIA Any advice helps .

Is it true that it depends?
It depends on the type of seat you are getting also. Transferring points to United for international business class is usually going to be a MUCH better deal than using points for the cash equivalent via the portal
It depends on the cash price available on the Chase portal vs the miles redemption rate. Go with whatever costs you the fewest points overall for the flights you need or want to book
It depends. I have done it both ways. For family travel, I often book economy on Southwest trough UR portal, because my wife and I both have companion passes. So we get effectively 3CPP for a yield of 9%. For premium cabin international travel, transferring is usually better deal for me. It’s a small piece of the puzzle, but you also earn miles and segments for travel booked through Chase. Same as cash.
Hyatt transfer 4 lyfe 😎
SA, sometimes true. It depends
Depends on your trade offs.
In my mind it’s usually best to get either:
- Discounted business ticket by transferring to airline or
- Hotel nights by transferring to hotels
But if the flight you want is a good deal in $ you can spend the points instead, especially long haul because you get points from flying using chase points to book.
Depends... only spent 8k UR points for a one way flight from LAX to MEX... had I used Mileage Plus it would have cost 17.5k... like BA1 one said, just depends on the cash value vs miles redemption rate.
Totally depends
