Curious: 1.) is anyone experiencing less than expected salaries when you get to the final offer stage? 2.) If so, are you also experiencing wiggle room for salary discussions/increases? I'm currently applying for Analytic roles related to Operations, Sales, Cost, and Pricing. Within the last 2 months, I have made it through the entire stages to the proposal / final offers 3 times. I have rejected all 3 due to low-balling salaries that may have been relevant pre-COVID, and no wiggle room allowed.

I have 3.11 years of experience as ServiceNow Developer.
With hands-on implementation of ITSM, CSM modules including integrations, good in scripting, virtual agent, flows.
Also ServiceNow certified implementation specialist - discovery (ITOM) and Certified system administrator.

So can I accept the offer from first company and then if second one also sends an offer then let the first company know I would like to reject? Also i am on H1B visa.
