Curious to know what struggles supply chain professionals are now facing and if there aren’t struggles what are you working on today for example labor productivity, customer satisfaction through late deliveries, or maybe even working capital management?

Have always put customer satisfaction at the forefront but this has cost more money. In the end, though, it's worth it.

My struggle always is having buy-in from the management on projects. Smaller companies that haven’t had a person focus specifically on the supply chain sometimes aren’t willing to put in the time to make improvements that may not be immediate and may take a year or more to show fruition.
