Your base will be lower but your bonus and TC will be higher. Search around this bowl for figures
Their managers are SM/director equivalent. Must be able to carry a deal start to finish basically. Sometimes you’ll be on a deal so small it’s just you & the MD.
Very very demanding & time consuming with the lean teams, but you’re a M2 so you should get it.
Your base will be 160 regardless of location but you can expect to pull 225 total on the low end. An average year is around 240-250.
When you build relationships with MDs is when it gets really fun, you can push 300.
But again, this isn’t free money. You’ll be working extremely hard, flipping between multiple deals every day, driving each of them.
PwC is the highest paying b4 in FDD. Experienced director comp is 245 base, 11% bonus for an average performer. So 270 all in.
You hit that comp many, many years earlier at A&M.
And that PwC figure is for a tier 1 city. If you’re in a tier 3 city (by their definition ATL, Austin, Charlotte, Dallas, Houston, Miami, Nashville) it makes even less sense to stay at big 4.
Bro what??? $195k M2 and I’m over here making peanuts. SMH can’t believe I got hoodwinked like this
160-170k all in
I think base is now $175 for managers
