You mean for the class of 2028? Let’s take the closest parallel. In April of 2020, the market was tanking, layoffs were starting, etc. most people would’ve said no way should you apply. In august 2020 you would’ve decided not to submit an app for the class of 2023. In 2021, when you would have been recruiting for internships, large companies hired the most they ever had. You would have missed that.
This isn’t to say “oh it’ll be amazing”, but rather that anyone who tries to predict the market in 2 years is lying to you

Trump is still gonna be in office in 2028 which means immigration policies would still be hostile to international students, regardless of how the economy will be at the time
I think there’s always going to be a risk these days given that MBAs are not what they once were. You could be part of the ~10-20% of each class that don’t have a job at graduation. That pressure is tougher considering you’re an international and sponsorships aren’t always available for roles. Even more pressure with the current administration. However, if you’re a strong applicant and have relevant work experience, you’ll succeed in your target fields. I would apply, and see the outcomes, scholarships etc. and then make a more informed decision. This is coming from a Kellogg admit going this fall.
