If I interview again for a differenr role, would I have to do all the interviews again or can I use some of the scores from previous interviews. I’m inheriting a “team” of siloed strong individual developers who are on different work streams and are very jaded and struggling with motivation. Most are contractors. They have legit gripes about the client, but I won’t be able to solve those without getting cross-discussions going with knowledge-sharing across our “team“.
