Currently freelancing at Walmart and I've never seen so many contractors in my life. When I accepted, I was told freelance to perm and probably a year. But given half the team is literally freelance, and most there longer than me, was that total BS? How do I find out before jumping ship? Haven't been there long enough to ask my manager unless maybe it doesn't matter

I've been at my company since 2016, and am now a design consultant - speaking to customers directly and creating custom artwork and designs for them. The particular job I’m looking at has this on the listing and I’m curious as to what their budget actually is. Do I assume a range?

They’re seeking someone with 5-8 years experience. I have the latter (8 almost 9)
