Totally! But I have another offer that while also freelance, feels more hopeful for perm for various reasons. So I posted hoping anyone with info about Walmart creative departments would give me some insight into their process
A lot of clients AND agencies have been dangling the FT carrot to lure freelancers into accepting roles w/ zero intent on making them FT.

You’re not being clear about what the problem is.
A lot of contracts run for 12-18 months, that might be the case. As a contractor how they feel
Also, get to know the other freelancers and ask how long they’ve been there and what they were told upon hiring. There’s a chance some of them prefer to stay freelance and don’t even want to go full time.
in my time there ive seen a good chunk of freelancers go full time and another chunk not get their contracts renewed. seems like if they like you they’ll make it happen.
