Currently I'm at Cognizant as PAT. My LWD is on 15th June, I informed this to TCS. But they gave my joining date on 9th April.

What should I do, if TCS deny to reschedule the joining date?

Where Cognizant offering more package almost 1.5 Lpa mor, but heard lot of negative review on social media like they don't have good project, no job security, they will make you to work on other tech etc . Is it wise decision to stay in cts if pkg matched. Not so sure. Have offer from other service based. What diff it will create comapred to cts all service based are same.
