Blk fof pay is definitely not great. So rule out blk
If you have no kids, no serious commitments then do it - no one will be affected by your long hours except you/your health. Just consider an exit strategy or amount to have in case your life plans change ($50K savings etc).

I own my house outright and have about 250k in inv / cash outside of retirement, so not too concerned about layoffs / emergency exit. Primary concern is being stagnant and not learning at a job while I'm in a period of my life in which I should be challenged snd learning day
