Currently interviewing with a Fortune 500. I stated my comp expectations between 80k-90k for a Talent Ops role. The recruiter was late to the screening call + didn't discuss comp with me, and I didn't have time to ask since he was late. I emailed him afterwards to see if we could discuss the approved budget for the role, and he said its hard to answer/vague but he thinks he can make my range work. is this a red flag? the team members I spoke with seemed happy and nice so maybe I'm overthinking?

Anyone go from SaaS / licensing sales to services (strategy & implementation) sales?

I'm thinking of moving from large cap tech to large cap consultancy firm to help build the resume and round out my experience. I enjoy and do well in licensing, but I'm fairly young in my career (<6 years) and received a great offer to make the move.

Big fan of the org and team I'll be joining as well.

Thanks!!

When I negotiated my comp, all my discussions were around me being a junior and I only accepted my comp for that reason (would not have accepted if I was step above junior since it was low). Negotiations happened with HR, but my offer letter and documents never mention junior (but I have proof from HR saying I am a junior). How do I approach this with my boss as I’m not sure she’s aware I’m actually technically a junior? Revolving around asking for a move up + raise

Thanks.
