I’ve been thinking about making a move and have two main options: Deloitte approached me for a junior manager role, also thinking about IBM GBS or other non-big 4 consulting shops. Does anyone have experience with IBM consulting and what can I expect versus big4 cyber? Is admin/bureaucracy similar? What’s the diff in compensation i could expect? Thanks!

Now i have been interviewed and selected for Ameriprise where I would learn on the job and work on workday finance.
No WD certification.

We all had the same responsibilities, I consider I even had a heavier workload (talking in past tense since I very recently made an internal move).
