25k annual bump might not be enough for me to give up the security of loving my job and WLB. Grass isn’t always greener. Good luck!
simply buy greener grass with your extra 25k

Not for that bump in pay. Few people here say "life is good" so don't take your current happiness lightly.
Not saying way more TC couldn't make you happier, but $25k for a family of 6 won't make a meaningful difference in tier of living.

I'm also implicitly discounting that $25k as it seems like OP would have worse WLB and not receive free healthcare, which can be costly for a family of 6. e.g., If OP needs to work more and get child care, that's a huge expense that eats into the perceived pay raise.

The healthcare alone for a family of 6 carries a much higher value than $25k.
Whoa to say the M role is more stressful? With inflation $125k isn’t what it used to be. I couldn’t imagine that being sufficient for a fam of 6
That's so much money . .. I'm in north Carolina making $145. Not sure if Florida costs more or not, but I don't subscribe to "it's never enough".
Thank you for sharing your perspective though and context of where you are coming from, it does help make it a little more sense to me.
Stay put! Unless you want a new challenge or want to venture into uncharted waters. Very few people achieve job satisfaction + wlb.
Is happiness your goal? Or is money? If you've achieved your goal, don't upset the apple cart.
What’s your hhi & tc?
If it’s just you, 187 vs 125 is a 50% raise which is not insignificant. That can go towards saving for college or upgrading other parts of your lifestyle (vacations, home reno, etc).
If you’re talking about like 300 hhi vs 360, you may value the flexibility and family time more since you have significantly more disposable income
Take these years to do well in your current role, while it is still awesome, and enjoy the family time and invest yourself in those kids. You'll know when you need to move for a new challenge, if you begin to feel stale. My wife says when I'm disengaged at work it rolls over into family time anyways, so I just made my move and working harder now.

Simple. Are you ready for any of those to be taken away by the salary bump? If not, then no.
Another dimension is future opportunities. Maybe this new role isn’t that huge of an upgrade, but what it if opens you up to later roles that are better than what you can jump to from your current trajectory
Is the 25% bonus guaranteed? I assume not, so I would discount this figure significantly. Many firms talk about a %, but that's usually the cap, not average. I'd assume 10% for no, as you might not outperform in year 1, or other years. And that assumes any recession doesn't impact firm Financials.
Does the role open up new opportunities via better brand or different kind of work? Is Manager just a title, or will you actually be managing people for the first time?
Overall, I don't think the expectation of worse wlb/stress is worth the money by itself, but money + brand + experience + open doors could be worth it.
