I am sure 25% bonus is something that the HR told you verbally, right? PwC AC does not provide any mention of bonus range in the offer letter and that's because the bonus is pathetic.
Tier 1 rating gives you 15-18% bonus, Tier 2 is 10-12% and Tier 3 is ~5%. Most people get Tier 3. Tier 1 is just 10% of the team. Tier 2 is the next 20%. Rest all the people get Tier 3 or below.

Anyone has IBS here? Lately I have been having a lot of symptoms of IBS and even if I’m not fully constipated, I think I am to a certain extent. I had excruciating lower abdominal pain this afternoon and it was almost unbearable. Also, my period is approaching so I think my symptoms got worse. Anyone has any tips?
