Currently working in Oracle PL/SQL with 5yoe 18 LPA salary, I switched after 4 years , I know reporting tools(BI publisher and tableau) and ETL (informatica and ODI) . I liked the work I did in my first company it involved a lot of coding in PLSQL but in my second company it's data warehousing and boring work. Should I switch tech stack and move to Java + plsql(combo seems to have good demand)or should I just switch company with same tech . I like problem solving and also which side pays better
