I'm working as a Senior Software Developer and now more stressed due to work pressure and thinking of hunt for another job roles but I'm totally confused. I completed B.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering and don't have any computer background and ended up in IT. Now I'm not able to complete some tasks, and get scolding from Lead sometimes. In between I completed distant MBA also. So what should I do, should switch to another roles or anything. I am an Senior iOS developer. YOE is 8.5. Currently getting 13 LPA. Getting promotion in a month with 25 to 30 percent hike which comes nearly 16.8 LPA. I cannot able to relocate now due to family dependency reasons. I heard iOS developer salary market is good. I am having a very good work life balance in the current company. I am in a confusion. Should I look for opportunities with PWFM or stay in current company? Am I making low pay as per market trends?

I have cleared interview with Wipro and while uploading the documents i uploade document but they mentioned LOA & education certificate are incorrect so i re-uploaded them but again they mentioned LOA is incorrect.. so i connected with the person who sent me the link to upload the doc but no help from her.. i tried to open the link today (17th March) evening but the link was not opening... what will be the next step.. how can i upload it again..
