I'm currently working on azure cloud in Cognizant . I've about 1.4 years of experience now. I've got an offer from Axtria as an L1 Analyst. Could anyone please suggest if the change in field is worth it. Or should I just look for other jobs in cloud only? I will have to decide this at the earliest so please do help me with it.

Why can't you directly check with the HR about your working hours?
Entirely depends on your onshore / client teams and their working hours. Also it will depend on the kind of urgency and planning they work on.
Better ask existing teams on onshore and you will decide your work balance. Don’t join before you have found out about team.

Ask interviewer about hours and also about reviews on Glassdoor. Then take call yourself
I would suggest that you take these comments very seriously and decide not to join this company. And even if they are giving you a good package I’d still suggest not to go for the offer. Axtria changed my whole view about corporates.
One of the people I know who used to work in Axtria and used to work for one of the Big4 said “ bhai ye company farzi h, yahan se jaldi apna jaan bacha k nikal”.

OP - can you share your tech stack, yoe and what was the ctc offered by axtria?
