PwC 🐠, I interviewed with the firm about 6 months ago for a Senior Associate position on the forensics team. I wasn’t extended an offer because the position was given to an internal transfer, at least what I was told. I tried reaching out to the recruiter I worked with last time but the email bounced back and wouldn’t be delivered. I was hoping to see / reapply if the group still was looking for seniors.
In your opinion, would it be best to reapply as a cold application?

May I know how WLB in this company, I see in glassdoor and ambitions contains positive and negative. Is it worth to join? Is it useful for me to enhance my career for long run? How about the retention pay? If we leave the company we need to pay entire retention pay?I have other wipro and CTS, which company is better to join?

It is low, give them the range u think it should be. I think it’s 170-230k but I could be wrong.
P.S. your lowest of the range u give them should be an amount you are willing to accept
As a SC in GPS with 7 YEO and no graduate degree I was offered $110 but got it up to $115.
Negotiate because they are really low balling you!!
I threw out $170, as much more in line with the market, from what I've heard.
Role is not client facing and also fully remote. Want to take both of those factors on board. But, also want to get as much as possible at the start. Coming from independent consulting, not #Big4.
Deloitte 1, are you in Global? I've found it trickier to source intel re: comp in that part of the firm.
Should be doesn’t mean it is 😮💨😭
Low ball!
Definitely negotiate that. I think you can get 170 at least, especially with the education and experience you have. Don't let them lowball you like that.
Gotcha. So, Deloitte 1, 2 and 3: What's your best piece of advice to shift the target $ when the comp tier is WAY out of line? I'm going for smart and effective but diplomatic. (Specifically in the convos w/ hiring manager and director)
Plus, in your experience, what's the typical gap in comp between Manager level at Deloitte Global vs. Deloitte? Thanks!
Same thing u told us in your post - you bring in 15 yoe, masters, recent certs and based on current market, the acceptable range for you would be between 150-190k (since it’s not client facing) and you would like to negotiate it to be 170k (mid point)
Yes, I made the same points with the recruiter. He might not have had the authority to address it, either. I appreciate the affirmation, y'all, especially from others within the firm. Thanks!
Be ready to walk away if they don’t budge, u shouldn’t be working for that lowball price
